This paper presents a methodology for the application of delay time analysis via Monte Carlo Simulation. The aim of the paper is to demonstrate the efficacy and worth of delay-time analysis and how the application can provide engineers with more information when making maintenance decisions. The methodology has been developed and applied to two case studies.
