Cross-layer sensors for green cognitive radio

Green cognitive radio is a cognitive radio 2 (CR) that is aware of sustainable development issues 3 and deals with an additional constraint as regards the 4 decision-making function of the cognitive cycle. In 5 this paper, it is explained how the sensors distributed 6 throughout the different layers of our CR model could 7 help on taking the best decision in order to best con8 tribute to sustainable development.
