Résumé

LixCoO2 has widely been used as a cathode material for Li- batteries. The unique transport properties are attributed to intercalation and de-intercalation of Li ions. Only one group has presented optimum conditions for high quality HT-LiCoO2. Optimum conditions for HT-LiCoO2 are found. Films were successfully deposited by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) on Al2O3 (0001) substrates. The crystal structure of the film has been studied using in-situ RHEED and X-ray diffraction. Electrical measurements of the films via Van der Pauw and CP-AFM will be presented in a wide range of temperatures.
