The paper [1] addresses the problem of ascertaining the Hurwitz stability of a polytope of matrices and provides necessary and su¢ cient conditions involving the analysis of the spectrum of a …nite number of matrices. This note points out some ‡aws in the proof of the previous result, which turns out to be incorrect in the present form.
