Abstract : This paper pursues a framework of set characterization of dynamical systems with state-dependent disturbances. It aims to propose a new approach to analysis and design of nonlinear systems involving non-differentiability and asymme-tric components which hamper application and effectiveness of local linearization methods. Several characterizations of ultimate bounds are developed. The utility of shifting the fix point is formulated as a parametrization of the ultimate bounds.
